I participated in September 2016 to the physics with arduino and smartphones school in Rome, for physics high school teachers. It was a great success:

The school was held in a FabLab, for three days. One very good idea of the organizers was to bring the participants to an all-for-1-euro shop so that hardware for the projects could be bought. Great fun, highly motivating to browse through the shop and trying to think how to hack every day cheap objects into physics experiment!
